Initiator, with Javier Muñoz
As each month, businessmen and entrepreneurs of yesterday we met in Madrid Launcher, and a forum for dialogue aimed at people who want to learn to start their own business and share their experiences on this adventure.
The rapporteur of the day was Javier Munoz, founder of the portal iAbogado. Through a Zen-like presentation (as he called it) we were going over the various areas of law involved in the creation of a business: Selecting the most appropriate form of the company, legal issues when renting to local labor law issues to consider whether we will hire staff and some key areas that we must never forget as intellectual property rights and industrial property.
The paper, which was broadcast live, gave an overview of the basic points to consider in the foundation of a society. Perhaps, it may be because professional bias, I think you failed to mention the procedures to follow in a matter of data protection. And, in my view, the reference to "copyright" could have replaced intellectual property right, which is the one applied in Spain (another day explain the difference between copyright and intellectual property). But they are not very important menudeces not detract from the extraordinary presentation.
At the end of the ceremony, those present had the opportunity to enjoy a nice beer, a startup account. Whether it is the beer, either for the excellent talk by Javier, either both, was worth close to Launcher.

Paul, I'm glad you do not get bored too in my presentation, thank you for your comment and see you at the next startup!
It was a pleasure and an honor to hear you live. Few people have this opportunity and I appreciate it. I hope that later we can talk some more, the other day that was almost a conversation ZEN. Thanks, Javier.
